Back in Switzerland, he followed various training courses in catering and catering services of renown as well as various advanced training courses in Verona with one of the starred risotto masters. Since July 2018 he has been managing the cuisine of perBacco! where his sweet blend of authenticity and creativity amazes us every day... Bravo the chef !
